About
Youth Outreach Adolescent Community AIDS Program (YOACAP) initiated in January 1989, as a program of the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition (GPUAC). The organization started its activities with an initial funding source of $ 50,000, which was an award granted from Philadelphia Department of Public Health/AIDS Activities Coordinating Office. Over the years YOACAP extended the variety of services that is providing to our community.
