Pathway Homes Inc.

Pathway Homes is a non-profit charitable human services organization providing non-time-limited housing and support services to adults with mental illness. Pathways serves throughout Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, the City of Falls Church, and Arlington. Pathways operates a 36-person Adult Care Residence, 3 8-person group homes with 24 hour-a-day staff support, another 21 Semi-independent homes each with three-four residents and having staff support of 15-40 hrs/wk. 15 of the semi-independent homes are specifically for residents who were previously homeless. Finally the supported living program, the supported housing program, and the supported housing options program provide individualized support to residents in their own homes or in independently leased homes.

Mission: To make available to long-term, seriously mentally ill adults a variety of non time-limited housing, including the necessary subsidies to make such housing affordable, and to assure the individualized services to enable them to realize their individual potential in the least restrictive environment in which they are capable of living.
