College Track is an after school college access program that helps motivated low-income high school students who have the desire but lack the resources and support to attain higher education. Through four years of tutoring, workshops and activities to develop youth, we get our students successfully through high school, into college and on track for college graduation.
Mission: In this country, there exists a persistent gap between the academic achievements of low income, predominantly African American and Latino students and their high income, white peers. If we dont focus on getting these students graduated from high school, with a clear pathway to higher education, this gap will widen, leaving historically underserved communities in worse shape than they are now.
