Best Buddies International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
For the summer, our volunteer opportunities are on a case to case basis since we do not have any large scale events.
The opportunities will all most likely be virtual and at home tasks, such as cold calling our participants to get them registered for our Annual Leadership conference. Also, helping us find a venue and other things for our Pre-Leadership Conference meeting.
We do offer virtual activities with our adult participants, Monday-Thursday that volunteers can also can volunteer/attend.
