NHS Phoenix is a 37 year old HUD-approved non-profit agency that serves Maricopa County and provides confidential 1-to-1 housing counseling with certified counselors, and offers homebuyer and financial fitness classes, along with crisis budgeting workshops. In addition, we provide down payment/closing cost assistance, affordable mortgage loan products to qualified applicants, and we rehab and build single-family homes in target neighborhoods through our NeighborWorks Homeownership Center.
