Hacienda CDC



Hacienda CDC provides well-rounded and culturally specific programming to carve out a path towards self-reliance for low-income families. We believe this journey starts at a safe and stable home, and continues through education, business mentoring and homeownership counseling. Hacienda CDC provides the following services to the Latino community and others in Oregon:

381 apartments and town homes at eight sites, centered around community spaces, gardens and playgroundsHomeownership counseling and HUD-certified coursesMicroenterprise trainingAdult educationYouth and childhood development programmingIndividual Development account matched savings program helping those with modest means to save for lifelong assetsDown-payment assistance

Hacienda CDC is also the Multnomah County Agency for the OHSI Mortgage Payment Assistance program.
