Kaiser Permanente Hospice

A non-profit, medicare certified Hospice program providing end-of-life, palliative (comfort not curative) care services to Kaiser Permanente members and their families in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area.

Mission: The purpose of Hospice care is to assist in the care and comfort (physical, emotional, and spiritual) of patients and their families facing life threatening illness in a home like environment in the last months/weeks of life.
