Founded in 1979, Redevelopment Opportunities for Women, Inc. (ROW) serves women who have experienced poverty, homelessness, and/or domestic violence. ROW aims to enhance opportunities for women to pursue self-sufficiency as well as personal and family development.
With nine programs in all, services include, but are not limited to: economic education courses, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), holistic parenting classes, adult education (GED) preparation, and multilingual and multicultural support services.
Mission: ROW's mission is to empower women and their families to build skills, economic security, personal safety, and hope for the future.
