Earle Brown Terrace is a life-care retirement community providing residents age 55 & over an active retirement lifestyle in the Brooklyn Center area.
The Community is situated on the historic Earle Brown Farm. It consists of 140 apartments, common spaces, and a restaurant.
Earle Brown Terrace is an 11 story building & includes various one-bedroom & two-bedroom floor plans. All apartments are equipped with safety features which include grab rails in the bathtub, emergency call signals in the bedrooms & baths, a full sprinkler system & detectors. Every apartment has complete kitchen facilities with major appliances, individual heating control, & air conditioning. The apartment buildings are connected by common corridors and elevators providing residents indoor access throughout the community.
The common areas include the Library, the Heritage Room, a beauty/barber shop, activity room and Gwens Caf. Outdoors, there are walking paths, a patio with benches, and a courtyard with raised flower pots.
