Diocesan Catholic Children's Home Center for Children and Families has been providing social services in Kentucky since 1848. DCCH is a United Way Agency Partner, accredited by the Council on Accreditation, and member of the Children's Alliance and Foster Care Cooperative.
Diocesan Catholic Children's Home Center for Children and Families(DCCH) is a residential treatment center for children from ages 6-14 years. These children are wards of the state who have been neglected, physically and/or sexually abused.
DCCH goals are to assist, stabilize, treat and educate children and their families while facilitating changes in relationships, attitudes and behavior. Through a continuum of support and assistance, we strive to establish the children into a family setting to develop them into productive, self-confident members of the community.
The community is assisted as well. The Therapy Center at DCCH offers quality mental health therapy for individuals of all age groups as well as couples and families. Guided by the motto, "Strengthening Relationships for Life", our experienced therapists offer support and individualized treatment where privacy and confidentiality remain of up-most importance.
You can visit www.dcchcenter.org for a bio on each of our therapists or call 859-331-0821 for assistance with making appointments, insurance issues, or any questions you may have about The Therapy Center at DCCH.
Mission: The mission of Diocesan Catholic Children's Home Center for Children and Families is to express God's love by providing compassionate care and quality services to address the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of children and families.
