The Salvation Army Austin serves those in need without discrimmination. We provide emergency shelter for men, women and families with children; free residential rehabilitation services; case management; community events; gifts to children living in shelters or from low income families at Christmas, etc.
Volunteers can help with a variety of activities from ushering at our annual Rock the Red Kettle concert, providing a birthday gift for a child living in our shelters to helping at a game night for our residents.
