Travelers Aid of the Inland Empire



Travelers Aid recruits and maintains a corps of 70 community volunteers. Sixty volunteers provide concierge service at two information booths at Ontario International Airport 7 days/week serving 4 hour shifts. Six case aids provide direct assistance through case intake work-ups 5 days/week for 3 hour shifts.

Mission: Founded in 1984 as a program of Travelers Aid Society of Los Angeles, Travelers Aid of the Inland Empire is the leading agency in the Inland Valley to provide emergency transportation services to stranded travelers and victims of domestic violence. To provide information and referral services at Ontario International Airport.
