Thanks to the support of people and businesses, MDA Hawaii is able to provide a number of health care and support services to our clients and their families in the local community. Included among these services are:

Mission: The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a voluntary national health agency -- a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans. MDA serves anyone with one of 43 neuromuscular diseases. Programs available through MDA are funded almost entirely by individual private contributors. The Association receives no government grants.
