Hospice care provides patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness (typically with a life expectancy of six months or less) with the physical comfort, emotional care, and the spiritual support needed toexperience an enriched quality of life for the remaining duration of their lives. Faith Care Hospice is comprised of a team of physicians, nurses, certified home hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. As a member of the team, volunteers are give the opportunity to reach the level of expertise and compassion necessary to provide each patient and their family members with the comfort and support that they deserve. It is our mission to fully enrich the quality of your life by providing care when there is no cure.
