About
The MAC at Morgan’s Wonderland ™ is a unique, one-stop-shop model that will provide medical and non-medical services required for those with special needs of all ages in one setting and platform. These services will be integrated, coordinated and provided through an innovative care model we are calling The MAC at Morgan’s Wonderland Care Model™. Such services will be offered through partner organizations and coordinated through staff members known as Navigators. Delivery will be comprehensive, complementary, holistic and integrated. These services will be based out of a 165,000-square-foot facility in San Antonio, Texas known as The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland.
Steps to becoming an individual Volunteer Ambassador:
- Click the “Join” button which will redirect you to “Become Member”
- Select “Become Member” and complete the form
- Wait for approval from The MAC at Morgan's Wonderland Administrator
- Once you have been approved, you will receive a message with steps to register for an Ambassador Orientation
- Select an Orientation date that works best for you
- Complete registration

Hi! I would love to volunteer at MAC or STRAPS this summer. I am a student at TXST where I am majoring in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor in Psychology. I am also very interested in completing my internship at MAC or STRAPS this fall. I visited your facility in February and completed a tour and interviewed Audrey Sutterfield. She told me about volunteer opportunities on Thursdays for adaptive sports at the stadium.
