Adaptive Gymnastics

Gymnastics for Everyone provides an opportunity for gymnastics instruction, physical fitness, and fun to children with various physical, developmental, and neurological disabilities throughout Hampton Roads.  Each volunteer will have an opportunity to work with physical and occupational therapists and the athlete's family to develop a therapeutic plan for an athlete, then work with that athlete throughout the year towards developmental and social skills goals.

Classes take place every Sunday morning at Excalibur Gymnastics (5816 Arrowhead Road, Virginia Beach) from 9:00-10:00 and from 10:00- 11:00 with special events throughout the year ranging from competitive gymnastics opportunities for our athletes to field trips for local pediatric disability groups.
