It is my goal to demonstrate ways to stay fit through volunteer activity and to provide opportunities for group members to connect with others who share the same goal - Getting Active as a Means to Getting Fit! You can follow us for fun or get involved and show 'em how it's done! My personal goal is to rise to the fitness challenge and lose 60 pounds in 90 days starting August 2, 2014! What's your goal?
