Put simply, TAILS funds and promotes spaying and neutering in Fairfield County to save thousands of dogs and cats from being born into a world of already overflowing shelters. Formed in 2001, TAILS has grown each year thanks to the many volunteers who have come out and made our events successful. A tax exempt, 501(c)3 we welcome anyone who cares about our furry friends to come out and help us make a difference for dogs and cats! Thanks!
Mission: The mission of T.A.I.L.S. is to serve the community as a charitable organization that promotes spay/neutering of animals and provides financial support to humane organizations and individuals in pursuit of this goal. We are dedicated to vigorously promoting and educating the community about the importance of spay/neuter to reduce, and eventually elimnate, the killing of unwanted dogs, cats, and other animals.
