Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia

About

The Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia is an all-volunteer, full orchestra which performs four major concerts each season (Sept.-May/June). Themes for past concerts have included music from the Harry Potter motion pictures, the works of composers such as Aaron Copland and Antonin Dvork, and a celebration of the Americas with music from the US and Ecuador.

Mission: SONOVA provides high-quality classical music to Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas, while upholding our standards of outreach, education, and entertainment.
