Hey guys and gals! Thanks again for coming out on Wednesday! For those of you who didn't make it, I would like you to know I personally appreciate all the hard work you put into the season! We are lucky to have each of you on our team!

Hi Captain Crew, we have changed the meeting location to Life Time Fitness - Warrenville. The exact room is still TBD. So far It looks like everyone will be attending except for Terri and Rob. If that is not correct please message me ASAP otherwise I will see everyone next Wednesday at 6pm!

Michelob Ultra 13.1 Chicago Spring Half Marathon & 10K Captains,
The staff meeting for this specific event has been set for Friday, May 15th from 7-9pm at Radisson Aqua (225 N. Columbus Drive – 3rd Floor Red & Black Sea Room). You can check in with either the Radisson or the Aqua Residential lobby and they will then give you access to the 3rd floor. Similar to the Chicago Tri and Chicago Half meetings last year, we will go over the specific race logistics, answer questions, handout shirts if needed along with credentials.
An email to all staff and captains will go out a week prior to the race but I wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding this meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions.
If you are not signed up to work this race, please disregard this message. If you do not know if you're signed up or not, you can look at your givepulse profile to see the list of events and shifts you're currently signed for in 2015.

We will be having a meeting/get together on Wednesday, April 29th at 6pm at the Lou Malnatis in Naperville (131 W Jefferson Ave Naperville, IL). Food and beverages will be provided. We will be introducing the new Captains to everyone, introducing our Life Time Staff members to the crew, reviewing a few changes with our contingency/emergency/communication plan, handing out Captain shirts(if they arrive by then), going over the givepulse.com app that aid station Captains will be required to use, along with reviewing everyones schedules for the years. If available, please attend!

**To adjust your shirt size
1) Click on the upper right hand corner of your screen that says "Hi (name)*
2) Click Account
3) Click next on the bottom right hand side of the screen to get on the "additional information" page
4) Change your shirt size
5) Scroll down and hit save changes
If some of your information is not complete such as address, please complete! I promise this is only for internal information.
ALSO, please send me in a private message your Life Time Fitness member ID number and your "home gym". This will help me renew your membership easier year after year.

Hey Captain Crew,
Just an FYI, here are the shirts that we will be ordering. They are gender specific so make sure to look them over and adjust your shirt size in your profile according to these shirts. You will be given 2 shirts and they will be worn at all the events thru the season(don't worry, you can take home a Volunteer Tshirt but at events I want you to stand apart from the volunteers):
Please adjust your shirt sizes in your profile by Thursday.
