Established in 2009, the Muskego Food Pantry has been growing steadily since its opening. From our humble beginnings inside E.J. Salentine Buick, we now occupy a wonderful space in the Muskego Industrial Park, generously donated by InPro.
In 2010, we served over 1800 families and logged over 5400 volunteer hours. With the current economic situation, an average of 5 to 8 new families sign up for assistance every week. We promote ‘neighbors helping neighbors’ and no one in need is ever turned away; all that is needed is a form of ID. As well as traditional non-perishable food items, we give out fresh produce and dairy, meat, toiletries, and pet food.
Monetary and food donations as well as volunteers are always welcome and needed.
