We are looking for volunteers whenever we hold non-profit events such as charity auctions or benefit concerts. We started working with Miho Oda-Sakon, a violinist, who is holding a benefit concert annually since 2011 when the massive Tsunami hit the north east coast of Japan. The year 2014, Miho and her friends wanted to introduce a benefit concert to more residents in NW Arkansas. Miho invited DeDe Berger, who is the Owner and the Designer at Dream Design Weddings and Events LLC, as an event planner to help plan the concert. Therefore, Dream Design Weddings and Events LLC is collaborating with Ms. Miho Oda Sakon to make 4th annual benefit concert success. DeDe Berger, owner of Dream Design Weddings and Events LLC, is coordinating this event on a purely voluntary basis. We have a goal of raising $7,500, and we would like to send 50% of donations to the libraries of Mayflower/Vilonia, AR and another 50% to Tokyo Children Library ?Books for Tomorrow? in Japan. Tokyo Children Library ?Books for Tomorrow? program is conducted as a long-term project to support child victims who lost their parents, siblings, relatives, teachers and friends in the earthquakes and Tsunami. Tokyo Children?s Library in conjunction with the NPO organization, Ureshino Children?s Library, built a temporary children?s library in Rikuzentakata City on November 25, 2011. The benefit concerts will continue until the new library is completed. Rather than sending books to Japan, we are requesting monetary donations in support of rebuilding this children?s library. Our main purpose is to recruit volunteers for the benefit concert. Since it is only held annually, we are planning to hold other non-profit events at least twice a year.
