About
Description | The United Way movement was founded in Denver, CO in 1887. Today, Mile High United Way works alongside passionate people like you to take on big and complex problems facing Metro Denver. Mile High United Way provides opportunities for individuals, children and their families through their four Community Impact Goals, ensuring: children enter school ready to succeed, children are reading at grade level by the end of third grade, youth graduate from high school ready for post-secondary education and entry into the workforce; and individuals and families can meet their basic needs and are afforded every opportunity to move toward economic success. |
