Phi Alpha is a national honor society for social work students. Phi Alpha is committed to serving the community and university. Members of Phi Alpha are required to complete 5 hours of service each semester to maintain active membership status.
Examples of service include:
(1) Community: volunteerism, human service organizations, events, etc.
(2) University: volunteerism on campus and/or School of Social Work
(3) Phi Alpha: attendance at service projects
