Description
We are looking for 4-6 people to assist us with our Annual Fundraiser on April 8th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.  The actual event takes place from 6pm to 8pm and the extra time is for set up and take down.  Here are the available positions:

Score keeper - this person will assist the game host and keep track of each teams' score during the Trivia Game

2 Silent Auction Monitors - these volunteers will watch the table with the donations and the bid sheets.  When the auction winners are announce help to pass out the prizes.

2 food servers -  be sure everyone gets dinner

Door Prize assistant - duties include being sure everyone has a ticket, if they bring a book be sure they get an extra ticket for each book.
