In what circumstance is it ok to leave your buddy alone? *

When he/she requests a break from you When he/she is in the karaoke room When he/she is with his/her friends You should never leave your buddy alone

If your buddy needs assistance using the restroom you should: *

Assist him/her if needed Find a security/medical volunteer to assist Find another buddy to hang out with Not allow him/her to use the restroom

If your buddy needs assistance in any way and you are unsure how to help, you should: *

Get assistance from an event leader Figure it out on your own using YouTube Give it your best guess how to help Tell your buddy he/she can wait with that specific request

If at any point throughout the night you have concerns about your buddy's safety, you should: *

Ask another buddy volunteer who seems to know what they're doing Find a medical or security volunteer immediately Just stay quiet and hope everything works out ok Switch buddies with someone else

Your approach to serving at the All-Stars Club should be *

Get your buddy to do the activities you want to do Try not to have fun because being a buddy is a serious task Remain flexible and adapt to what your buddy wants to do Move to each activity as quickly as possible to make sure your buddy does everything the event offers
