Read more of the book: Zero to One. Learned the importance of competititon within businesses. Also did some research on the founder Peter Thiel. Discovered that he was the co founder of PayPal and that he invested in Facebook, SpaceX and LinkedIn.

Did some research on the founding of America Online (AOL). It was interesting to see how the this company brought email to the masses and created a new form of communication. I learned that by creating a product or service that has never been done before is very difficult because you need to educate the public on why they should use it. This, however, can also be very rewarding because you may create the next "big' thing. I think that Health Crave has the potential of being that in a world of unhealthy fast food restaurants.

Listened to a podcast on the successful entrepreneur from Shark Tank, Barbara Corcoran. Her story is fascinating! She never went to college and was always told that she would never make anything of herself. With the help of some people she met while working as a waitress she got into real estate sales. That led to her building a real estate empire in New York City! She reminds me of Kiara, because i think that Kiara has the same determination Barabara did. I think that if Kiara really dedicates herself to this business she can make her dream cafe a reality.
