On Friday I volunteered with the ESA/St.Jude Bucket Brigade from 3-6. We collected donations for St.Jude outside area businesses. On Saturday I volunteered with the ESA/St.Jude cable-thon where I called people asking for donations, and answered incoming phone calls of people who wanted to donate.
I volunteered at IHOP's Pancake day. On this day IHOP offers a free short stack of pancakes to customers, and promotes Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. I walked around informing customers of the opportunity to donate, took donations, greeted customers, etc. In the past 12 years $15 million has been raised through this event to support charities.
I volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House Chocolate Fantasy Ball in Little Rock, AR for two hours on 2/10/18. This event was a social gathering for many of Arkansas' elite, who bid in a lie auction to raise thousands of dollars for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. At the event I served chocolate to those in attendance.
Spent time at St. Jude's Target House where many families live long-term while their children are receiving treatment. I read to kids, and helped them complete winter themed tasks.
