Today I got a call from a visually impaired person. My app "Be My Eyes" is where I assist the visually impaired. A man was having trouble rebooting his computer, so I assisted him through the process. We had to wait about 2 hours in total to reboot it and select certain buttons, etc. So we just talked the entire time and got to know each other during the moments where there was nothing to do. He was very optimistic and inspiring! I was able to do dishes and laundry while I talked him through he process!
