Impacts
Truly enjoyed the conversation with Secretary Cardona. He was inspiring and I appreciate how he communicated that all of our stories are unique and exceptional. Also, to hear the Sec. of Education focus on supporting students through wrap around services. Affirming as we continue working with students and with community.
Really enjoyed the engagement with the nonpartisan polls.
Enjoyed the incorporation of Thich Nhat Hahn with an emphasis on the power of listening.
This was a powerful conversation. Truly enjoyed hearing the stories of local community leaders who have overcome immense struggles to serve their community and share their inspirational stories affirming identity, working toward equity in their personal lives and with their communities. I was very impacted by the unnecessary hurt caused by being judged and excluded.
