I attended the African American Athletes in Arkansas speech. It was a very powerful that allowed me to go home with some thinking to do. It was a good way for me to learn a little about the culture of Arkansas and how African American athletes were treated before.

Today's task involved me staying behind with the kids that did not travel and helping them with the work that was left for them. I also had to turn in an activity analysis and Easter activities.
Today's task involved redoing the Easter Egg activities list and making it easier to understand. I also went over some details about sponsorship for the Easter egg hunt. I was also involved in various kids night activities throughout the day.
Today's task involved helping with the Pickleball fundraiser. Setting up and tidying up the facility, checking in teams, managing the bracket play, and cleaning up after the event was over. For the future I would gather more volunteers, as well as maybe separate the teams to where they would be able to come in at a set time and play during that time frame. Overall I think it was a pretty successful event.
I attended a black history month event. I went and saw Black Panther, which I would most definitely recommend to others. It is a must watch film!
Today's task involved determining a set up, creating trophies, and finalizing plans for the Pickleball tournament as well as assisting kids with homework during homework time.
This is a great way to give back to the community. Handing out valentines day cards to the veterans who have served.
