I babysat for my cousin for free. I watched over her 3 kids at ages 11, 8, and 6. I helped the 6 year old with her homework for school.

As a group, some KD sisters and I organized and bagged yard signs, pamphlets, and pinwheels into bags to spread throughout the community. The point of all of this is to spread awareness of child abuse and how to get help. The people we worked with were wonderful and kind.

I went to the Cathedral Soup Kitchen in Indianapolis. I helped prepare and serve food to the less fortunate. Some of the people get to take a little extra food to their families or to save for later since this kitchen is only open on weekends.

I went to an adult day care called Joy's House. I worked with an old woman who was blind as we played bingo and colored pictures of turkeys for Thanksgiving. I also ran a trivia activity for a group of the people there. To close out, we sat in a circle and sang Christmas music.
