Took measurements and marked area for beer garden tents at Drake Field and made follow up calls to all beer garden vendors.
Prepared paperwork/contracts for volunteer servers that will be working the beer garden.
Attended volunteer meeting at Open Avenues to learn pertinent information for all volunteers and the emergency procedures for SOAR.
Finalized tent/seating/lighting with AAA Tents and Home City Ice for beer garden.
Drove to Little Rock to pick up Sales Tax and Use Permit and then drop off paperwork at Alcohol Beverage Control.
Met with Kristine Allen, Event Coordinator at Bike Rack Brewing to look at/take pictures and measurements of bars for use in beer garden.
Received quote and set up delivery of ice/box for beer garden from Home City Ice. Contacted Ski at Whittle Truck Rental in Springdale about refrigerated truck for the beer garden.
