Super good today! I helped fold t-shirts and organized them into separate piles. I continued to answer phone calls and assist callers to the right employee at RMHC.

Pretty awesome today! I’m still getting used to answering calls and learning how to properly transfer calls. I think I am getting the hang of everything. Everyone is still super helpful! I’m glad to learn more about RMHC and what a day to day looks like here!

Today I was put at the front of the reception desk for the majority of the time. I answered calls about questions to volunteer at the organization and helped redirected volunteers to pick up food and equipment for different events. I also helped make lots of lunches for patients at local hospitals! It was definitely a productive day. I loved packing the lunches for the children. So far so good! The organization seems well organized and everyone is very helpful!

First day! It was an amazing experience. Ms.Christine was very thorough about RMHC’s policies and vision. I took a tour around the house and sat in a team rally. I could really see the teamwork and effort that is put into running the organization. Love the environment and the mission!
