On Tuesday, I attended the December CPN meeting. Nadia and I worked on updating the VISTA Midpoint Performance Review Evaluation Form, which was sent out on Friday, December 11, 2020.

I attended two AmeriCorps webinars this week, "Showing VISTA Members You Care" and "MLK Day of Service in the time of COVID-19." We also had a December CPN planning meeting and I continued to hold VISTA member check-ins.

Nadia and I continued to work on the VISTA Progress Reporting this week. On Monday night, I was able to join for some of the Royce 0.5 presentations. The November CPN Meeting was on Tuesday, as well as a VISTA Supervisor Meeting. It was great to touch base with the VISTA sub-site supervisors and hear positive feedback about the VISTAs from every supervisor.

This week we welcomed a new VISTA, Rachael. Rachael is serving as the Social Enterprise Greenhouse Program Development VISTA. I attended the webinar "Community Assessments: The Heart and Foundation of VISTA Service" on Wednesday and we had our October VISTA PD (AmeriCorps Welcome Event) on Friday. The event was facilitated by Nicole, and I led the ice breaker. There were two breakout sessions, including the "Leadership Compass" activity.
