I went to the Mid South Food Bank with Loewenberg College of Nursing and distributed food to be boxed for donation. The donations go to families, schools, churches, etc. Mid South Food Bank serves over 400,000 people a year with food. This helps multiple people all over in need of food and non-food items.

I went to Church Health in Crosstown Concourse to check blood pressures of the community. This helped identify the amount of people suffering from hypotension and hypertension in the community and give them access to resources if they need to better their health. This was a great experience because I got to have conversations with diverse groups of people throughout the day and help them gain a better understanding of their health.
Phi Mu made goodie bags for the staff at Le Bonheur to say thank you for all their hard work.
