Ginger Simons

This was my first time to work in the garden. I am impressed with the quality of design and care that's obvious upon arrival. Today, I trimmed the flowers off of the basil and the dried flowers off of the sunflowers. Perfect work for someone who can't lift much. There were individuals and families, so all ages. Nice, positive community feel. I will definitely be returning to serve alongside the nice folks at Genesis Gardens model garden. I'm going to enjoy being a witness to the great work going on there!
