Supporting the literary arts, volunteers offer information, direction, and various event services for the College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Talk Series.

The Spring 2018 series features Texas Poet Laureate and Writer-in-Residence: Laurie Ann Guerrero.

The Series is comprised of three lecture presentations from current Writer-in-Residence, Laurie Ann Guerrero commemorating Black History, Women's History, and National Poetry months for February, March, and April respectively. These events are free and open to the public. Free admission. Free parking. No cost for light refreshment. These events raise awareness and provide opportunity for intimate audience with eminent speaker in a casual setting.

Black History - Feb. 22nd - Main Campus Auditorium
Women's History - March 29th Vista Room, Central Academic Building
National Poetry Month - April 19th - Main Campus Auditorium.
