Hello all, and Roll Tide!
Since stepping onto this campus as a freshman, I wanted to become a part of something bigger than myself to help the Tuscaloosa community. I found my home in BABH as I progressed through being a member, VP of Campus Life, and President last year! Now in graduate school, I can see the direct correlation between food insecurity and health.
Every one child of four does not know where their next meal will come from, and a small donation can make a monumental impact in the lives of those served by the West Alabama Food Bank. I encourage you to skip your morning coffee or late night ice cream run this week and instead donate that money to help those facing hunger in our world.
