Rain Garden Planting:
The Trail Conservancy continues to improve floodplain health by installing and maintaining green stormwater infrastructure (rain gardens) along the Trail. These structures reduce the impact of heavy storm flows and improve water infiltration.
Volunteers will learn about rain gardens, why they are important to our Trail, and how to plant and maintain them. TTC will provide materials, gloves, and extra water for volunteers.

- Directions: Street park along Stephen F Austin Drive and walk to North Shore Overlook Rain Garden. Look for the giant orange TTC flag.
The Trail Conservancy's mission is to protect, enhance, and connect the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake for the benefit of all.
