About
TreesCharlotte is heading to River Gate Elementary to provide care for the trees in their school grounds’ canopies. TreesCharlotte periodically returns to previous planting sites to ensure that the trees continue to thrive by providing pruning, mulching, and the removal of stakes, tags, and guards as needed. Stewardship events are vital to our mission of expanding Charlotte’s tree canopy.
This event is being hosted in partnership with Share Charlotte! Share Charlotte engages with 600+ local nonprofit partners, including TreesCharlotte. We're excited to be co-hosting this Earth Month event with them!
Events are held rain or shine. Details of the event will be emailed to registered volunteers the week of the event.
