An informative 2 1/2 -hour workshop designed specifically for property managers overseeing rental properties in Iowa. This session will cover essential aspects of Iowa law relevant to property management, including landlord-tenant laws and codes, security deposits, eviction procedures and problem solving. Participants will learn how to effectively navigate their company's policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with state laws.
The workshop includes practical guidance on managing daily operations, handling tenant interactions, and maintaining compliance. Class is $25 per person. We can bring the class to your location or we can host it at our office (limit 12). We also have a virtual option without size limits. Class is taught by a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
