Based on position, use ticket scanners (hand-held device to validate ticket admission), stampers (used to validate patrons entered with a valid ticket if they leave through the gates and come back for re-entry), or serve wristbands (put wristbands on patrons with valid tickets for Suite area) for entrance to the event.

Admit guests to the venue who present a valid ticket, deny access or redirect those with an invalid ticket.

Address questions, including directions around the center and game information.

Act upon comments/complaints in a prompt, service-minded manner.

These positions require you stay until the end of the 3rd period.
