This is a busy Urgent Care facility located on the Sunnyside Hospital campus in Clackamas, OR. Urgent Care is meant to serve patients seeking same day care for non-life-threatening symptoms. Volunteers needed are social, interested to connect with patients and help in small ways like answering common questions, offering wheelchair escorts, or providing complimentary comfort items like a warm blanket or ice pack. This role involves standing and moving over the duration of a 4-hour shift.

Requirement Details
Volunteer must be able to:
- Commit to one shift a week for 6 months
- Pass a background check (Social Security Number required); free for applicants
- Provide documentation on immunization status and a negative Tuberculosis test. We encourage vaccines but do not required them at this time; free for applicants
- Provide consistent, professional, and warm interactions to patients, families and staff
