Description
Leadership is something that most people learn through trial and error (and sometimes even the hard way). According to DZConnex "We have all heard the idea that 'leaders are born, not made', but this is not always true. Many leaders are developed through practice." In this session we'll explore the top tips to enhance your leadership skills in 2026 and showcase what Sinclair's Leadership Series can do to help develop the leaders in your organization/department.
