Fall 2026 Service-Learning 4th-Credit Option

Please complete all aspects of the Fall 2026 Service-Learning 4th-Credit Option application, including uploading the syllabus addendum provided by your sponsoring professor, and entering your professor's E-MAIL ADDRESS (not your professor's name) so they receive a request to indicate they agree to sponsor you. Additionally, please see below for information about CORI background checks, and search your Bentley e-mail for "CORI" for more information.

All students participating in service-learning activities at Bentley must complete and pass the Criminal Offender Record Information background check, or CORI, before beginning service in the community. Your CORI must be renewed every three years.

Fall CORI Dates - Morison Hall 101

• September 2nd, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
• September 4th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Please note, international students must obtain a Service-Learning CORI check letter from the Center for International Students and Scholars. A request for that letter can be made through the CISS portal on the CISS website.
