About
The Capital Area Master Naturalists are a chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists Program. Our mission is to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach, and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within our community.
We are dedicated to creating a diverse volunteer base that reflects the communities in which we serve. Therefore, our members, volunteers, and partners strive to engage all audiences in conservation, education, and stewardship. We offer training, education, fun events, and volunteer opportunities dedicated to conservation and environmental stewardship throughout Travis County.
