VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR COMING SOON!
Loop It Up Savannah collaborates with schools and community partners to offer original arts-integrated programming designed to foster personal well-being, creative problem solving, and academic success among the young people of Savannah. Loop It Up believes in an empowered Savannah through creativity, kindness, and love.
***All volunteers going into schools on a regular basis must complete a volunteer orientation. Browse available volunteer orientation sessions below.
***All volunteers going into schools must complete the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System Raptor simple background check.
Please complete the SCCPSS volunteer application here (English) or here (Spanish). All volunteers must complete this in order for the district to screen and run a criminal background check.
When filling out the application:
- Select "All Schools" under the 'School Preferences' section.
- Select "Classroom Helper" under the 'Functions' section.
- Select "Loop It Up Savannah" under the 'Organizations' section.
You will receive an initial email that your volunteer application was received and then another email once your volunteer application is approved. Both emails will be coming from 'Raptor System'. When you receive approval, please forward me your approval email for my files (bryce@loopitupsavannah.com). After that, you're all set to volunteer!
