The Spring Gardens Members

Welcome The Spring Gardens Community Garden Members!

Volunteers are needed for the 2026 season for community workdays, Envoy representatives, weekly trash duty, perimeter maintenance, regular chores and more. Additional dates TBD. New this year we will have evening workdays mid-week in July and August to give respite during the hottest months of summer. We hope this option will also be helpful to gardeners who are unable to join our weekend work days. We will be adding more opportunities as the season progresses including projects needing special skills, such as construction, hose repair, and tool sharpening. See upcoming dates in the link above and stay tuned for more details.

TSG is part of city-wide organizations and programs including Philly Parks and Rec, Farm Philly, and Fairmount Park Conservancy 'Love Your Park!'  In collaboration with these groups we are now using Give Pulse to manage volunteer events and participation. Please use this tool as TSG members to schedule and change your volunteer commitments. Members are required to volunteer for at least 5 hours per season to be eligible to renew next year.
