Since 2015, Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center has been the largest provider of homeless services in Travis County! We offer pathways to housing for people experiencing homelessness through low-barrier access to wraparound services by providing innovative, trauma-informed, and person-centered programming that engages our communities and leads system-wide transformation.
Sunrise's community impact is fueled by 650+ volunteers who give their time and energy every day to make our mission possible! From our Sunrise Hub volunteers who serve multiple times a week, to our once-a-month lawn maintenance team, we partner with individuals, families, groups, and those who need to complete community service to serve over 10,000 clients each year.
Sunrise offers unique ways to get involved with our work to make a difference for our unhoused neighbors.
